CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that I am responsible to abide by the following Cancellation policy.
Cancellation policy: Any cancellations must be done via e-mail by contacting Johanna Derbolowsky at JDBusinessPsychic@gmail.com. – If the cancellation e-mail is sent more than 48 hours prior to the session and the person does not want to reschedule for another available date and time, there will be a full reimbursement of the paid amount. The reimbursement will be completed through venmo, paypal (applicable fund transfer fees will be deducted from the amount paid) – (may take up to 5 business days after the cancellation)- If the cancellation e-mail is sent less than 48 hours prior to the session, or in case of no show, there will be no reimbursement. The client will get credit for the full paid amount to reschedule the session for any date and time available. To reschedule the session the client must e-mail: JDBusinessPsychic@gmail.com. The credit will be valid for 1 year (12 months).
